Description

Lead feature development and technical solutions for multitasking embedded Linux applications. Own the release pipeline from design to delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical solution design and feature delivery for embedded environments.
• Translate product requirements into functional technical specifications.
• Develop and maintain low-level video software stacks and middleware frameworks.
• Optimize system performance across CPU, GPU, NPU, TPU, and memory.
• Plan development cycles while anticipating technical risks and potential issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in embedded systems development.
• Expertise in C and C++ programming within multitasking Linux environments.
• Strong knowledge of POSIX standards and Linux internals.
• Experience with low-level platform software and device drivers.
• Proficiency with Git, Gerrit, and Yocto.
• Ability to write shell scripts for automation.
• Experience with media frameworks and AV pipelines.
• Competency using Jira and Confluence for project tracking.

Preferred Skills

• Deep understanding of Set Top Box software stacks and RDK video stack.
• Experience with system profiling and performance optimization.
