Description

You will develop and optimize embedded firmware for 16-bit and 32-bit microcontrollers, owning the full lifecycle from board bring-up to integration.

Responsibilities

• Develop embedded firmware using C/C++, Python, and efficient data structures for microcontroller-based systems.
• Implement low-level software design and configure communication interfaces including I2C, SPI, RS232/485, and USB.
• Incorporate industrial protocols (Ethernet, Modbus, REST) and IoT protocols (MQTT, HTTP, BLE, Wi-Fi) into firmware designs.
• Execute board bring-up, testing, and debugging of embedded hardware and software systems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in embedded firmware development and board bring-up.
• Proficiency in embedded C/C++ programming and Python scripting.
• Strong understanding of RTOS, specifically Zephyr or FreeRTOS.
• Hands-on experience with 16-bit and 32-bit microcontrollers such as STM32 and ESP32.
• Knowledge of hardware interfaces: I2C, SPI, RS232/485, and USB.
• Familiarity with industrial protocols including Ethernet, Modbus, and REST.
• Experience with IoT protocols including MQTT, HTTP, BLE, and Wi-Fi.
• Proficiency using GitHub and JIRA within Agile/SAFe methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
