Description

You will design and develop low-level embedded software and direct technical activities for a small engineering team.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop device drivers and low-level embedded software using object-oriented techniques.
• Work across bare metal, RTOS, and Linux environments.
• Debug hardware-software interactions by reading traces, using an oscilloscope, and reviewing board schematics.
• Direct the technical activities of a small engineering team.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in C and C++ within an embedded or software application environment.
• Experience with real-time embedded development on ARM/Intel architectures.
• Hands-on experience with RTOS and Linux.
• Competency in object-oriented analysis, design, and programming.
• Any Graduate degree or advanced coursework in software engineering, embedded systems, operating systems, or computer architecture.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Python scripting.
• Knowledge of communication protocols including SPI, UART, I2C, Ethernet, USB, or PCI Express.
