Description

You will design, develop, and execute test cases for embedded firmware and IoT devices, ensuring functional, integration, and system-level quality.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Python frameworks such as Pytest or Robot Framework.
• Validate communication over IoT protocols like MQTT and REST APIs.
• Test and troubleshoot hardware communication protocols including Modbus, BACnet, SPI, I2C, and Ethernet.
• Collaborate with development teams to identify, debug, and resolve issues in RTOS or Linux environments.
• Participate in requirement analysis and test planning activities.

Required Skills

• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Hands-on experience with automation frameworks like Pytest or Robot Framework.
• Experience testing embedded systems on RTOS or Linux OS.
• Solid understanding of communication protocols: Modbus, BACnet, SPI, I2C, Ethernet.
• 5+ years of experience in testing embedded systems and IoT-based applications.
• Good debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Computer Science, or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with embedded tools and debugging interfaces.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for test automation.
• Exposure to Agile development methodologies.
