Description

You will own the testing and integration of safety-critical handheld medical device software.

Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements and design documents to identify gaps and define test scenarios.
• Develop software integration test plans and protocols for battery-operated embedded devices.
• Execute integration testing against design inputs and code within defined medical device processes.
• Perform software code regression analysis in C and C++ using knowledge of custom hardware designs.
• Develop and test PC applications in C# to communicate with embedded medical hardware.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software testing or integration.
• Proficiency in C and C++ for analyzing embedded code in RTOS and Non-RTOS environments.
• Experience with C# for developing PC-based testing applications.
• Understanding of GUI design for micro-controllers.
• Knowledge of communication protocols including NFC and BLE.
• Ability to identify and select relevant test hardware for system testing.
• Experience working with safety-critical embedded systems.

Preferred Skills

• Participation in requirements, design, and code review meetings.
• Any Graduate degree.
