Description

You will oversee the end-to-end delivery process for embedded software across production, aftermarket, and remote over-the-air programming environments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the NA SW Deployment steering committee and document all decision outcomes.
• Manage the full software delivery lifecycle from initial release to deployment.
• Collaborate with technical teams to communicate release value and ensure seamless product integration.
• Report progress and resolve issues through regular communication with integration leaders, project managers, and management.
• Monitor delivery risks and implement mitigation strategies to keep deployments on track.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance software delivery workflows.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software delivery coordination.
• Technical background in embedded software.
• Experience with software delivery processes for automotive or commercial vehicle products.
• Proven ability to coordinate complex projects and manage competing priorities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address deployment challenges.
• Ability to communicate technical details clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
