Description

You will own the design, verification, and documentation of safety-critical embedded software in compliance with DO-178C DAL A standards.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Execute the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) for DAL A safety-critical systems, ensuring strict adherence to DO-178C protocols.
• Perform software requirement capture, analysis, and architecture design, maintaining full traceability throughout the development process.
• Update source code and conduct SDLC reviews, preparing design analysis reports and resolving technical issues.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including test scripts, procedures, and audit materials for Pre-SOI reviews.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of applicable experience in embedded software development and verification.
• Deep expertise in DO-178C DAL A standards and safety-critical software development lifecycle.
• Proficiency with communication protocols: Ethernet, SPI, RS485, CAN, and I2C.
• Hands-on experience with tools: DOORS, Git, Matissa, MS Visio, AMD Vitis, ARM C Compiler, and Lauterbach Trace32.
• Strong background in FPGA verification and debugging.
• Excellent hardware and software debugging skills.
