Roles & Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain embedded protocol firmware using C/C++.
Implement and troubleshoot Layer 1 and Layer 2 protocol behavior, especially MAC-layer firmware.
Debug L2/MAC, RRC, and LLC protocols using trace analysis and Wireshark.
Work in Linux-based environments for development, testing, and troubleshooting.
Analyze protocol issues, identify root causes, and resolve defects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve firmware quality and performance.
Use AI-based tools responsibly to support debugging and development activities.

Experience Required:

4 - 15 years of experience in embedded software or protocol firmware development.
Strong hands-on experience with C/C++ and data structures.
Experience in embedded systems and protocol stack development.
Hands-on experience with MAC Layer 2 protocol debugging.
Strong Linux development and troubleshooting experience.
Experience analyzing protocol traces using Wireshark.
Good understanding of RRC, LLC, and communication protocols.
Experience with RTOS or Embedded C is an added advantage.
