Description

You will own embedded software development and infrastructure operations, bridging bare-metal firmware with enterprise monitoring systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain embedded software using Embedded C and C++ for microcontroller platforms.
• Lead monitoring and observability activities using Splunk and Dynatrace to ensure system health.
• Manage incident response, escalation, troubleshooting, and resolution processes.
• Configure and optimize ServiceNow workflows, reporting, and CMDB management.
• Mentor junior team members and drive process improvements using ITIL principles.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in Embedded C and Embedded C++ development.
• Hands-on experience with microcontrollers and bare-metal programming.
• Strong proficiency with Splunk and Dynatrace for infrastructure monitoring.
• Experience with Linux and Embedded Linux environments.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow, CMDB, and ITIL service management practices.
• Ability to analyze operational data and resolve complex infrastructure issues.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with UI and Web Design technologies for embedded interfaces.
• Background in leading operational support teams.
