Description

Design, develop, and maintain software for small footprint embedded devices.

Responsibilities

• Write efficient, maintainable code optimized for constrained embedded environments.
• Debug complex software issues across multiple platforms and tools.
• Implement unit testing using tools like CUnit to ensure code quality.
• Collaborate within cross-functional teams to deliver software solutions.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in software engineering and embedded device development.
• Strong programming proficiency in embedded C and C++.
• Deep understanding of object-oriented design principles.
• Experience with scripting languages including Python, JavaScript, Ruby, or Lua.
• Proficiency with software configuration management tools such as Git and Bitbucket.
• Familiarity with Visual Studio and static analysis tools.
• Experience developing for Windows, macOS, Web, or Mobile platforms.
• Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Arm architectures, including Arm Cortex-M33 and Arm assembly.
• Experience working with real-time operating systems (RTOS).
