Description

Develop board-level embedded software for safety-critical avionics systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Capture, document, and review software requirements, design, code, and testing processes.
• Manage software requirements, design, code, and test baselines to support integration.
• Execute development work in strict accordance with DO-178C standards.
• Support the change control process by managing reports and generating metrics.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams using technical drawings and verbal communication.

Required Skills

• 5-10 years of embedded software development experience.
• Proven experience with DO-178B or DO-178C standards.
• Experience developing board-level embedded software.
• Background in safety-critical systems development.
• Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering.
• U.S. Citizenship is required for this role.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the avionics industry.
• Background in Model Based Software development or MBSE.
