Description

You will develop embedded system products and drive technical projects from inception to completion.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Make critical system-level design decisions for embedded products.
• Drive projects from start to finish with minimal supervision.
• Develop scalable, latency-optimized distributed application services in mesh networks using asynchronous event-driven architecture.
• Implement PCI-DSS compliant secured cloud connectivity applications.
• Build and maintain native graphics and user interface application services.

Required Skills

• 7-12 years of experience in embedded system development using C/C++ and Python.
• Experience with Linux BSP, including custom board bring-up, U-Boot, and kernel development.
• Proficiency with device driver functions and file systems such as ext4, UBIFS, and JFFS2.
• Knowledge of sound systems (ALSA), Camera, and system software.
• Experience with secure connectivity using HTTPS, Websockets, JSON, XML, EXI, protobuf, OpenSSL, IPSec, and VPN.
• Experience managing network security via MAC filters and firewalls.
• Familiarity with Yocto, buildroot, GCC, toolchain, Make, CMake, git, gdb, and core dumps.
• B.Tech, B.E, M.Tech, or M.E in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or equivalent.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with native graphics and UI using Qt, QML, C++, and JavaScript.
• Exposure to wireless connectivity (cellular, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, NFC) and wired Ethernet interfaces.
