Description

You will develop safety-critical software models and requirements for automotive systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze technical safety requirements to develop software safety requirements and allocate them to the architecture.
• Develop MATLAB/Simulink models to meet ASIL D standards.
• Perform software unit verification in MIL/SIL environments based on safety requirements.
• Execute Software FTA and DFMEA at the software level.
• Develop work products following ISO 26262 Chapter 6 and collect test evidence for software safety cases.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of software development experience following ISO 26262 standards.
• 2+ years of experience in software development and code generation using MATLAB and Simulink/TargetLink.
• Experience with MATLAB and Simulink.
• Knowledge of ASIL D safety requirements.
• Ability to perform MIL/SIL verification.
• Experience with Software FTA and DFMEA.
• Understanding of ASPICE compliance and process improvement.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
