Description

Develop embedded multimedia components and drivers for Linux and Android systems, owning the full lifecycle from implementation to validation across audio, video, display, and camera subsystems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and debug embedded multimedia components using C in an embedded software environment.
• Implement Linux system programming features for multimedia data paths and integrate multimedia HALs.
• Develop, validate, and maintain Linux/Android drivers for audio, video, display/graphics, and camera use cases.
• Troubleshoot and integrate multimedia subsystems to ensure correct behavior across the stack.
• Collaborate on driver integration and validate multimedia framework performance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of embedded software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Embedded C and Linux system programming.
• Experience developing Linux/Android drivers, specifically for multimedia subsystems.
• Knowledge of multimedia HAL and multimedia frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with audio, video, display, graphics, or camera drivers.
• Ability to debug complex hardware-software integration issues.
• Engineering degree or equivalent practical experience.
