Description

You will design, develop, and integrate software components for broadband gateway products.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement features including Parental Control, firewall/iptables, DHCP, SNMP, and TR069/TR181.
• Debug and resolve issues within embedded Linux environments, covering both kernel and user space.
• Optimize system performance and troubleshoot customer-reported issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure platform standards and seamless integration.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in embedded software development.
• Strong proficiency in C programming (C++ is a plus).
• Hands-on experience with RDK-B, OpenWRT, or prplOS architecture.
• Deep understanding of embedded Linux, kernel concepts, and system debugging tools.
• Solid knowledge of the TCP/IP stack, networking protocols, and packet flow.
• Experience with firewall/iptables and IPv6 transition technologies.
• Proficiency with source control and debugging tools.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with TR181 specifications.
