Description

Develop embedded applications and support fielded systems through systems engineering integration.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop features for embedded applications using C and C++.
• Participate in systems engineering to integrate software into larger architectures.
• Support systems deployed in the field and resolve issues.
• Write clean, understandable code adhering to design patterns and SOLID principles.
• Perform unit, integration, and system simulation testing.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years professional experience designing and implementing embedded, real-time software.
• Proficiency in C/C++ for embedded processors.
• Familiarity with large multi-threaded embedded applications running on an RTOS.
• Experience with distributed version control systems.
• Understanding of electrical and mechanical systems.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaborative team environments.
