Description

You will design and develop embedded software applications to support automated production and testing for unmanned aircraft and peripherals.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop software applications to support the manufacturing product line.
• Perform coding, debugging, testing, and troubleshooting throughout the test application development process.
• Implement basic algorithms and state machines across multiple software architectures and hardware platforms.
• Assist engineering teams with the building and testing of prototypes.
• Integrate peripherals and perform board bring-up tasks.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in software development roles.
• Expertise in C and C++ programming on embedded Linux or similar systems.
• Professional experience with C, C++, Java, and Python.
• Experience developing low-level device drivers including I2C, UART, and SPI.
• Proficiency with Linux, shell scripting, configuration, and installation.
• Hands-on experience with board bring-up and peripheral integration.
• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Computer Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Python, radio, networking, and test development.
