Description

You will own the development and optimization of embedded software for complex systems, managing the full lifecycle from hardware bring-up to release.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Perform hardware bring-up and develop board support packages (BSPs).
• Manage kernel configuration, device trees, and bootloaders such as U-Boot.
• Implement and optimize software using C and C++ within real-time constraints.
• Utilize Git, CI/CD tools, and automated testing frameworks for continuous integration.
• Optimize embedded systems for performance, memory, and power efficiency.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in embedded software development.
• Proficiency in C and C++ for low-level and embedded systems.
• Hands-on experience with Zephyr RTOS and Yocto-based Linux builds.
• Deep understanding of Linux internals and kernel architecture.
• Experience with cross-compilation toolchains and hardware bring-up.
• Knowledge of IoT protocols and wireless communication technologies.
• Competency with Git version control and CI/CD pipelines.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with secure boot, OTA updates, and Docker on embedded systems.
• Knowledge of BitBake, Buildroot, or OpenEmbedded.
