Description

You will develop, test, and integrate real-time embedded software components.

Responsibilities

• Develop requirements, architecture, and detailed designs for embedded software.
• Write and unit test code while ensuring software standards are met.
• Integrate and test embedded software within a multi-discipline team.
• Troubleshoot and debug real-time embedded systems.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in software development.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Systems, or related field.
• Object Oriented (OO) software development experience in C/C++ on Linux.
• Experience in embedded real-time software development, debugging, and testing.
• Experience with RTOS environments, including VxWorks, Integrity, LynxOS, or Yocto Linux.
• Familiarity with the full software development lifecycle.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with Embedded systems and Operating Systems.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with PowerPC, ARM, and/or RISC-V architectures.
• Experience designing and testing with hardware/software in the loop laboratories.
