Description

You will develop and test embedded C and C++ software features for remote control machine electronic systems, triage issues, and coordinate with global validation teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop remote control features using embedded C and C++.
• Triage and troubleshoot system-level issues across embedded platforms.
• Develop validation plans within Agile Sprint environments.
• Coordinate work with global machine, systems, and software teams.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of relevant engineering development experience in embedded software, systems design, or validation.
• Up to 4 years of embedded C/C++ experience.
• Experience with Robotics, Remote Control, or Autonomy systems.
• Familiarity with datalinks such as CAN and Ethernet, including tools like CANape and Wireshark.
• Proficiency with software development tools: git, debuggers, and compilers.
• Experience with Linux environments.
• Knowledge of CAN protocol.

Preferred Skills

• Experience developing embedded real-time software for mobile, earthmoving, agricultural, industrial, or off-highway applications.
