Description

You will own the full development lifecycle of embedded software systems, from requirements analysis to integration and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Execute design, coding, unit testing, and integration for complex embedded products.
• Manage operations and maintenance of embedded software systems post-release.
• Drive process improvements to enhance team coordination and delivery schedules.
• Communicate project status, milestones, and technical blockers to leadership.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 5+ years with a Graduate degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proficiency in C and C++ for embedded system design.
• Hands-on experience with real-time operating systems such as VxWorks, LynxOS, or Integrity.
• Knowledge of Intel x86, ARM, FPGA, and SoC architectures.
• Experience with release engineering, continuous integration, and configuration management.
• Proficiency in Bash, Python, or other scripting languages.
• Familiarity with network communication protocols, topologies, and debug/trace analysis.
• Competency in software integration, testing, verification, validation, and UML design.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
