Description

You will develop and verify embedded software and hardware for aerospace applications, owning the full lifecycle from requirements to test reports.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Write and review software/hardware requirements, architecture, and implementation documentation.
• Develop code using Embedded C and ANSI-C99 throughout the full lifecycle.
• Execute verification and validation tasks according to DO-178 and DO-254 Level D.
• Design and simulate PCBs using Eagle or Altium.
• Manage assigned work packages and documentation from requirements to test reports.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in embedded software implementation and verification.
• Deep knowledge of DO-178, DO-254, and DO-160 standards.
• Proficiency in Embedded C and ANSI-C99.
• Experience with PCB layout, design, simulation, and EMV-Debugging.
• Hands-on experience with STM Cortex-M4 or TI Cortex-R4 microcontrollers.
• Working knowledge of CAN communication and interfaces including I2C, SPI, SCP, and UART.
• Experience with ARINC-812A and NFC protocols.
• Familiarity with Airbus Methodologies.
• Ability to work with Eagle or Altium for hardware development.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SVN, Codebeamer, Atollic Studio, Embedded Wizard, Redmine, or LTspice.
• Fluency in both English and German.
