Description

You will develop and document embedded software and hardware following strict aerospace standards.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Write and review software and hardware requirements, architecture, and implementation according to DO-178 and DO-254 Level D.
• Execute technical coding in Embedded C and ANSI-C99 throughout the full lifecycle.
• Manage hardware development, including PCB design, layout, simulation, and EMV-debugging according to DO-160.
• Coordinate with suppliers onsite to manage work packages and project deliverables.
• Create and maintain documentation including specifications, test cases, and reports.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in embedded software implementation and verification.
• Deep knowledge of DO-178, DO-254, and DO-160 standards.
• Proficiency in Embedded C and ANSI-C99.
• Experience with PCB design using Eagle or Altium.
• Hands-on experience with STM Cortex-M4 or TI Cortex-R4 microcontrollers.
• Working knowledge of CAN communication and interfaces such as I2C, SPI, SCP, and UART.
• Familiarity with ARINC-812A and NFC protocols.
• Experience applying Airbus Methodologies.
• Fluency in English; German language skills are an advantage.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SVN, Codebeamer, Atollic Studio, Embedded Wizard, Redmine, or LTspice.
