Description

You will develop and maintain real-time embedded software across x86-64 and ARM architectures.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Write and maintain low-level code in C, C++, and Rust.
• Implement communication and networking protocols within embedded environments.
• Apply cryptography and secure programming practices to protect system integrity.
• Develop software for MS Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Manage the lifecycle of embedded applications using modern development tools.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Proficiency in C and C++.
• Hands-on experience with Rust.
• Experience with real-time embedded software development.
• Knowledge of applied cryptography and secure programming techniques.
• Familiarity with networking and communication protocols.
• Working knowledge of MS Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Experience working on x86-64 and ARM architectures.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with the Magnetite operating system or seL4 microkernel.
• Background in software development for SWaP-constrained devices or small satellites.
• Experience preparing software code for government certification.
