Description

You will design, develop, and test embedded software components for machine control, engine control, display, and telematics platforms. Responsibilities include developing embedded C and C++ code solutions, performing requirements analysis, and implementing software layers between hardware and software.

Responsibilities

• Develop embedded C and C++ code to meet system requirements.
• Perform requirements development, analysis, and software design for network communication.
• Implement software layers and interfaces between hardware and software.
• Build data link protocol implementations, diagnostics, and Hardware Abstraction Layers (HAL).
• Execute test procedures and evaluate operational performance of overall systems.

Required Skills

• Minimum 3 years of experience in design and coding using C and/or C++.
• Demonstrated depth of experience in Embedded C and/or C++.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science.
• Knowledge of machine systems or mechanical systems.
• Experience with requirements development and software implementation.
• Strong problem-solving and technical communication skills.
