Description

You will own Battery Management Systems validation through lab-based testing and simulation. You will execute HIL bench tests, analyze performance data, and define technical requirements for software releases.

Responsibilities

• Perform software HIL bench tests using OPAL-RT platforms for Lithium-Ion battery systems.
• Execute data analysis across conformance, performance, and validation test protocols.
• Write technical requirements, procedures, and reports to present test outcomes.
• Collaborate with control engineers to define test and simulation requirements.
• Conduct testing on HIL benches, test cells, and machines to support software releases.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in embedded software or battery systems.
• Proficiency in MATLAB and Simulink for model creation and calibration.
• Hands-on experience with HIL/SIL testing and OPAL-RT bench setup.
• Background in Battery Management System software development and performance validation.
• Strong engineering documentation skills for test plans and procedures.
• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering field.

Preferred Skills

• Master's degree in Electrical, Chemical, or Mechanical engineering.
