Description

You will develop and maintain embedded software for real-time devices, owning the lifecycle from requirements analysis to hardware-level implementation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, code, and test software features in C, including unit and regression testing.
• Perform requirements analysis and decomposition for ECU hardware and interfacing.
• Develop device drivers and interface with SPI, I2C, and non-volatile memory.
• Troubleshoot and debug hardware/software issues using oscilloscopes and diagnostic tools.
• Manage the software lifecycle using version control and configuration management.

Required Skills

• 5-8 years of industry experience in embedded software development.
• Proficiency in ANSI C and Embedded C.
• Proven experience with real-time embedded device drivers and RTOS concepts, integration, and configuration.
• Hands-on experience with SPI/I2C peripheral interfacing and board initialization.
• Ability to read schematics and component data sheets.
• Proficiency in Git version management.
• Experience with Python and Bash shell scripting.
• Experience working within Agile development processes.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Clearcase.
• Knowledge of control software design patterns and anti-patterns.
