Description

Research, design, and test low-layer software for electronic control hardware (ECU/ECMs). Manage the full software lifecycle from requirements analysis to release.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and document new software features and system processes.
• Decompose complex system requirements into actionable engineering tasks.
• Manage version control and configuration management throughout the development lifecycle.
• Evaluate and integrate new development tools, languages, and processes.
• Communicate technical specifications across internal engineering and client teams.

Required Skills

• 5-8 years of industry experience in embedded systems development.
• Expertise in real-time embedded device driver implementation.
• Proficiency in ANSI C and Embedded C.
• Experience with OS integration, I/O drivers, and boot sequences.
• Familiarity with SPI/I2C peripheral interfacing and hardware diagnostics.
• Demonstrated experience with Git version management.
• Ability to read schematics and component data sheets.
• Experience with Agile software development processes.
• Proficiency in Python and Bash Shell.
