Description

You will manage software releases and resolve complex system issues across broadband and entertainment devices.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot connectivity, security, and streaming issues using Linux systems and packet capture analysis.
• Perform deep-dive RDK middleware analysis through source code review to identify root causes.
• Develop anomaly detection techniques and data-driven solutions to address system issues.
• Analyze data from millions of field devices using AWS tools to provide operational insights.
• Design and enhance operational tools and DevOps solutions to improve system performance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with C/C++ and Linux.
• Embedded systems experience in Networking, Wi-Fi, HDMI, or BLE.
• 3+ years using log management and analysis tools like Elastic Stack (ELK), Splunk, or Grafana.
• Proficiency in scripting with Bash, Go, or Python.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure such as AWS or Azure.
• Experience with Git and GitHub.
• Experience using Jira for defect tracking.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins or Concourse.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of RDK middleware.
• Experience with Set-top boxes, Broadband Gateways, or Home Security domains.
