Description

You will develop, productize, and maintain embedded software modules for satellite ground segment systems.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design, code, and test embedded software modules using C++ and Python.
• Develop L2/L3 networking protocols across data and control planes.
• Implement networking solutions to ensure seamless communication between software components.
• Integrate software components on Linux operating systems.
• Troubleshoot defects, document designs, and resolve technical issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software development with a focus on embedded systems.
• Proficiency in C++ and Python.
• Solid understanding of L2/L3 networking protocols.
• Experience with MPLS and Segment Routing development.
• Strong knowledge of Linux operating systems.
• Ability to design software considering hardware resource constraints.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with cloud technologies for software deployment and management.
