Description

You will lead the architectural redesign of an embedded software system to improve modularity and maintainability.

Responsibilities

• Rebuild existing architecture to replace complex makefiles with a modular, scalable structure.
• Optimize legacy C++ codebases to improve long-term maintainability.
• Design and implement software solutions for embedded devices using QT GUI.
• Manage and refine complex build systems to streamline development workflows.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in embedded software development.
• Expertise in C++ and embedded systems architecture.
• Deep understanding of complex build systems, including CMake and Make.
• Hands-on experience with Rocky Linux.
• Proficiency with OpenGL.
• Experience developing for Class C (3) or similar safety-critical systems.
• Experience with QT GUI for embedded devices.
• Degree in any field of study.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of industry standards for medical devices or safety-critical systems.
• Experience with continuous integration and automated testing for embedded environments.
