Description

Design and optimize multiplexing systems for heavy-duty electric vehicles, integrating control systems and ensuring compliance with automotive standards.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement multiplexing architectures for heavy-duty EVs.
• Integrate advanced control systems, CAN bus networks, and sensor interfaces.
• Develop fault-tolerant systems ensuring seamless communication between vehicle subsystems.
• Manage high-voltage power distribution, battery management systems (BMS), and electric drivetrain integration.

Required Skills

• 5-10 years of experience in multiplexing system design and optimization.
• Proficiency with CAN bus networks and sensor interfacing.
• Direct experience with SAE J1939 and ISO 11898 standards.
• Knowledge of ISO 26262 (safety) and ISO 21434 (cybersecurity) automotive standards.
• Experience managing high-voltage power distribution and battery management systems.
• Expertise in integrating electric drivetrains within multiplexed architectures.

Preferred Skills

• Background in heavy-duty vehicle environments and EV-specific challenges.
