Description

Lead technical projects focused on embedded software implementation to meet evolving DOE and EPA regulatory standards, balancing 70% technical execution with 30% project management.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical execution and solve complex problems alongside the engineering team.
• Coordinate with distributed teams in the US, Mexico, and India to gather requirements.
• Oversee hardware-software integration and simulation workflows.
• Manage project resources, reporting, and cross-functional infrastructure.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of direct experience in embedded software environments.
• Proficiency in C and C++.
• Hands-on experience with embedded hardware and electronics.
• Experience using LabVIEW or Matlab for simulations.
• Strong background in Linux platforms.
• Proven project management experience managing infrastructure and cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills

• Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
