Lead a global technical team delivering ASPICE-compliant automotive software projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage technical teams and oversee project deliveries within ASPICE process frameworks.
• Own project management activities for automotive proof-of-concept and production programs.
• Maintain proactive communication with customers and internal stakeholders through status reports and briefings.
• Collaborate with internal technical and project teams to resolve conflicts and build consensus.
• Document and maintain all project information and technical deliverables.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in software engineering.
• 8+ years of experience in C and embedded software development.
• 5+ years of experience in automotive software development.
• Deep knowledge of Linux Kernel internals, subsystems, and device drivers.
• Hands-on experience with Adaptive AUTOSAR and ASPICE compliant projects.
• Expertise in device driver development for CAN, I2C, SPI, RS232, RS485, and USB.
• Proficiency with u-boot/boot loaders, board bring-up, and shell/Bash scripting.
• Experience with QNX and Linux-based software development.
• Understanding of Secure boot and cybersecurity concepts.

Preferred Skills

• Development experience with Qualcomm or i.MX7D Linux platforms.
