Description

You will manage the full firmware development lifecycle, from planning and architecture through to testing and documentation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Plan firmware development projects and manage the complete lifecycle.
• Create technical documentation including block diagrams, architecture flow charts, DFMEA, and DVP.
• Develop and test firmware using hardware instruments and simulators.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and debugging to resolve complex issues.
• Collaborate within cross-functional teams to ensure project completion.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in embedded systems development.
• Strong proficiency in C programming, including C compilers, pre-processors, and optimizations.
• Hands-on experience with microcontrollers such as STM8s, STM32, ARM, Renesas, PIC, or AVR.
• Experience using GIT and Bitbucket for version control.
• Proficiency with test instruments including oscilloscopes and logic analyzers.
• Knowledge of communication protocols such as SPI, I2C, UART, RS232, and RS485.
• Understanding of motor drives and display methods like LED, 7SEG, LCD, OLED, and GLCD.
• Ability to use flowcharts and block diagrams to represent firmware design.
