Description

Lead the design, development, and testing of embedded software from concept through subsystem integration and full system deployment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the software development lifecycle from initial concept to final deployment.
• Manage tasks and deadlines in coordination with division leads and the US team.
• Direct recruitment processes with team leads to maintain appropriate staffing levels.
• Manage large-scale teams of 20+ members.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of professional software development experience.
• Expertise in embedded development and support.
• Hands-on experience with Real-Time Operating Systems (RTOS).
• Proficiency in C and C++.
• Experience with serial communication protocols including RS-232, RS-485, CAN, and SPI.
• Proficiency using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and multimeters.
• Experience with Hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) and Software-in-the-loop (SIL) testing.
• Knowledge of CI/CD, automation, unit-testing, and version control.
• Ability to read and analyze circuit diagrams and schematics.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Python, Ruby, Bash, Matlab, or Simulink.
• Experience in the Aerospace sector.
• Background supporting integration and test activities.
