Description

You will own the validation, verification, and functional integration of embedded avionics system software.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop test scenarios, cases, and procedures to verify and validate system requirements.
• Write and modify C++ source code and create unit tests using the LDRA tool.
• Build software integration test scripts to verify Tier 4 requirements implementation.
• Establish traceability from Tier 3 or Tier 4 requirements to tests and perform peer reviews.
• Write Python, manual, or bash test scripts to meet high-level and low-level requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in embedded avionics system software development, validation, and certification.
• Strong programming proficiency in Python and C++.
• Experience with LDRA tools for unit testing.
• Deep knowledge of DO-178 software development and verification processes.
• Experience in software build, integration, and debugging within simulated and integration environments.
• Bachelor or Master of Engineering degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Agile development processes and automation strategies.
• Experience using Atlassian tool suites for project, build, and configuration management.
