Description

Design, execute, and maintain test setups and cases for embedded software and firmware applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop test setups and test cases for embedded software and firmware.
• Execute manual firmware testing activities according to defined standards and procedures.
• Analyze test results, troubleshoot defects, and document findings in detailed reports.
• Validate embedded systems functionality, performance, and reliability requirements.
• Collaborate with development teams to resolve issues and improve product quality.

Required Skills

• 4-6 years of experience in Embedded Software Testing and Firmware Testing.
• Hands-on experience with PLC applications, specifically Siemens PLC and Beckhoff PLC.
• Proven ability in Test Case Design and Test Execution for embedded systems.
• Strong skills in Defect Analysis, troubleshooting, and technical documentation.
• Experience in designing test setups with strong test coverage.
• Ability to analyze test results and prepare comprehensive test protocols.
• Experience working in Industrial Automation environments.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with embedded firmware workflows and testing processes.
• Experience supporting continuous improvement initiatives for testing methodologies.
