Description

This role involves verifying embedded software against hardware specifications.

Responsibilities

• Perform software code regression analysis in C and C++ against custom hardware designs to plan verification testing.
• Design, review, and update test protocols.
• Execute testing across the entire software lifecycle, from requirements through final release.
• Analyze and debug systems, understanding system and software architecture.
• Handle and operate test equipment, including Oscilloscopes, Function Generators, DMMs, and PSUs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Expertise in C and C++ coding.
• Strong experience in Embedded Device Manual Software Verification.
• Proficiency with communication protocols such as UART, SPI, I2C, BLE, NFC, USB.
• Strong experience in Design Verification Testing.
• Experience in developing and executing test protocols.
• Ability to perform root cause analysis and documentation for defects.
• Experience working with medical device standards (ISO 13485, IEC 62304) is preferred.
