Description

You will own the initial analysis and triage of defects within automotive infotainment systems.

Responsibilities

• Analyze defects to differentiate between environmental, IVI, and server-side issues.
• Route identified defects to the correct development queues, including Head Unit, Server, Tier 1, or Tier 2.
• Drive defect triage calls and collaborate with Product Owners, Evaluation, and Development teams to track issues to closure.
• Monitor defect dashboards and generate reports for management and stakeholders.
• Evaluate and identify issues at the code level to facilitate root cause analysis.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in the Automotive Infotainment domain.
• Proficiency in C and C++.
• Hands-on experience with Linux, including command line and utilities.
• Experience with JIRA and Confluence.
• Knowledge of SW Design, sequence diagrams, APIs, and HTTP error codes.
• Ability to write basic Python scripts.
• Experience working within Agile and Scrum methodologies.
