Description

You will lead the development of the Emergency Operations Plan, including base plans, support annexes, and hazard/incident-specific annexes for public health emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal efforts to ensure flawless execution of plan development.
• Facilitate regular planning meetings to maintain progress against project timelines and deadlines.
• Manage reviews of plan sections with internal and external subject matter experts.
• Ensure all documentation adheres to agency branding standards, formatting, and linguistic consistency.
• Maintain project documentation and escalate issues through appropriate channels.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Experience developing Emergency Operations Plans or actionable public health response frameworks.
• Ability to manage complex document lifecycles, including annexes and incident-specific sections.
• Proven ability to coordinate with subject matter experts and diverse stakeholders.
• Strong documentation and reporting skills.
• Experience managing project timelines and meeting strict internal deadlines.
• Any Graduate degree.
