You will manage employee relations matters and support organizational policy adherence in Philadelphia.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee relations issues and provide guidance on HR policies.
• Conduct exit interviews to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Prepare business cases for various employee relations and organizational needs.
• Provide coaching to support leadership and staff development.
• Support labor relations activities and compliance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Employee Relations.
• Proven expertise in Labor Relations.
• Experience conducting Exit Interviews.
• Ability to handle Business Case Preparation.
• Strong background in coaching and staff development.
• Deep understanding of HR Policies.

Preferred Skills

• Any graduate degree.
