Responsibilities

• Resolve complex employee relations issues and conduct thorough investigations.
• Design and execute talent management strategies to improve retention.
• Drive employee engagement programs aligned with business goals.
• Provide HR consulting support to leadership on workforce planning.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Employee Relations.
• Proven track record in Talent Management.
• Strong skills in Employee Engagement.
• Expertise in Employer Branding.
• Experience in HR Consulting.
• Deep understanding of Human Resources (HR) best practices.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies effectively.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing hybrid team dynamics.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
