Description

You will lead quality strategy and execution for complex projects within the Mortgage Origination space.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end testing for critical projects, managing strategy, planning, execution, and defect reporting.
• Define and govern Agile Quality Management processes, embedding shift-left testing and automation across Scrum teams.
• Drive metrics to improve test coverage, automation ROI, and overall release quality.
• Develop test automation and translate business requirements into automated test features.
• Coordinate testing efforts within an onshore-offshore model to ensure project delivery.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in quality assurance or testing.
• Proficiency with Selenium WebDriver using Java, TestNG, and Maven.
• Extensive experience implementing Behavior Driven Development (BDD) using Cucumber.
• Experience with API functional validation using Postman and SOAP UI.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps and Jira for Agile tool usage.
• Knowledge of ETL testing, Database, and Datawarehouse testing with complex SQL queries.
• Experience with Git for version control in testing environments.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
