You will bridge business needs and technical implementation within an EMR environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Document business requirements and map processes using Visio flow diagrams.
• Maintain system development test scripts and execute test automation.
• Manage user acceptance testing, regression testing, and the design of new test cases.
• Oversee vendor-based application release cycles and ticket management.
• Support change management systems and adhere to good documentation practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis or system development.
• Proficiency with SQL and PL/SQL.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Hands-on experience with JIRA.
• Proven ability in test automation and system development testing.
• Experience with business process mapping and flow diagramming.
• Background in government or correctional environments.
• Degree in any field.
