Description

Manage integration and optimization of EMS solutions within existing network architectures.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Integrate EMS solutions by collaborating with cross-functional teams to align with network architecture.
• Configure network management protocols to enable communication between EMS and network elements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, system faults, and communication errors.
• Develop and execute test plans to validate EMS functionality and performance.
• Execute upgrade and migration processes to ensure minimal disruption to network operations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in system integration and EMS solutions.
• Hands-on experience with EMS configurations and customization.
• Proven ability in troubleshooting complex integration and communication errors.
• Experience managing integration processes within a network environment.
• Ability to optimize EMS performance through fine-tuning and best practices.
• Maintain documentation for integration processes, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or any graduate degree.
