Description

You will own pre-silicon prototyping and validation for next-generation AMD processors, managing emulation infrastructure and bringing up processor subsystems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Debug low-level hardware and software issues using JTAG and kernel debuggers.
• Develop and maintain emulation infrastructure for processor subsystem validation.
• Perform pre-silicon enablement and bring-up activities for new processor designs.
• Validate design implementations by working with CPU and SoC architectures.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in processor or ASIC design verification.
• Strong background in emulation environments and digital design.
• Proficiency in Verilog, SystemVerilog, and RTL design.
• Experience with FPGA-based prototyping and validation.
• Strong programming skills in Python and C.
• Deep understanding of CPU architecture.
• Expertise in using debug tools for complex issue resolution.
