Description

You will execute testcases on emulators and manage the end-to-end debugging process for test failures.

Responsibilities

• Execute testcases on emulators and fix test content issues when failures occur.
• Run and debug regressions on Synopsys ZeBu and EP1 platforms using VCS (verdi).
• Perform first-level debug of test execution failures by comparing passing and failing references.
• Maintain documentation for execution BKM/BC and file sightings for identified issues.
• Develop automation scripts to improve execution quality and efficiency.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in design verification within simulation or emulation environments.
• Proficiency in Python, C, or C++.
• Hands-on experience with debugging and test automation.
• Experience working with emulators, XTOR, VTC, BFM, and emulation models.
• Knowledge of Computer System Architecture and hardware-software sub-systems.
• Familiarity with miniBios, simic models, and BKC (Best Known Configuration).
• Ability to use debug logs, trackers, and processor lists to isolate anomalies.
• Bachelor or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electronic Engineering.
