You provide on-site technical support for end-users and hardware infrastructure in Malmö.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage device lifecycle (DLM) including provisioning, stock, spare parts, and inventory management for laptops, desktops, and phones.
• Maintain meeting room equipment through daily audits and provide direct support for townhalls and live events.
• Resolve hardware issues via break-fix coordination with external vendors.
• Support end-users with on-site technical incidents and service requests that cannot be resolved remotely.
• Assist with IT projects by deploying new technology and providing hypercare support during rollouts.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in end-user or endpoint support.
• Hands-on experience with laptop, desktop, and phone provisioning.
• Proficiency in Device Lifecycle Management (DLM) and inventory tracking.
• Experience managing meeting room AV equipment and live event technical support.
• Ability to coordinate hardware repairs and break-fix tasks with third-party vendors.
• Experience managing printer hardware and spare parts replacement.
• Ability to provide on-site support for walk-up queries and tech bar requests.
• Experience providing hypercare support during technology deployments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing vending machines and locker systems for hardware distribution.
