Description

Manage and secure the desktop and mobile computing environment for a diverse workforce. You will implement deployment strategies, enforce security policies, and provide frontline technical support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.

Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor the deployment of Windows and macOS devices using Microsoft AutoPilot, Intune, and JAMF.
• Administer desktops, laptops, and mobile devices to ensure compliance with security and performance standards.
• Develop and enforce device management policies via Intune and JAMF to mitigate security risks.
• Maintain device configurations, software updates, and security patches using automated tools.
• Collaborate with IT security teams to manage endpoint protection, encryption, and access controls.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in end-user computing or desktop support.
• Expertise managing Windows and macOS environments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft AutoPilot, Intune, and JAMF.
• Strong understanding of modern desktop management and Mobile Device Management (MDM).
• Knowledge of device security principles and endpoint protection.
• Ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users.
• Proven problem-solving skills for hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent professional experience.

Preferred Skills

• Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate or JAMF Certified Administrator.
• Experience with scripting languages and API integration for task automation.
